            To implement the Willingboro Town Center project, ReNEWal Realty has brought together an extraordinarily well qualified project team.

            Robert B. Stang, the Managing Member of ReNEWal Realty, LLC is the director of the project’s day-to-day operations and development.  Mr. Stang is President and Chief Executive Officer of Living Earth Realty Corp., an environmentally oriented property development company and has worked for over 30 years in real estate development.

Mr. Stang’s specific experience includes site selection and analysis, purchase and lease negotiations, asset acquisition and management, financing and development.  He was a co-founder of M.J. Raynes, Inc., formerly a major New York City-based real estate organization, and served as the firm’s president from 1977 to 1990.  Mr. Stang, a third generation developer, has managed real estate transactions worth billions of dollars in the residential and retail real estate markets.

            Stephen R. Jaffe is a partner in ReNEWal Realty, LLC.  Serving as the Town Center project’s environmental compliance officer and a central advisor on all business aspects of the development process, Mr. Jaffe’s professional experience covers every relevant aspect of this project’s environmental and regulatory compliance challenges. 

He is President of Environmental Remediation Contractors, where he is responsible for the overall corporate management and daily affairs of this site remediation, redevelopment and environmental services company.  From 1989 to 1998, he worked as an attorney at Kozlov, Seaton, Romanini, Brooks and Greenberg, PC, a leading real estate law firm in southern New Jersey, with a specialty in environmental law, regulatory counseling and litigation.
